but first, are we a match?
If we were all alike we’d wear the same clothes, drive the same cars and live in the same style homes. Thankfully, we each have our own unique style, perspective, and way of seeing the world. The same goes for my photography — it’s not for everyone, and that’s okay (that’s how I stay inspired!). I always encourage you to take your time exploring my work, and if something here resonates with you, I’d love to connect and chat about creating something together.
In 2021, after being in the industry for over 20 years, I closed my business (for what I thought was) for good. I was burnt out, felt disconnected from my work, moved to a new city and had zero desire to start all over again. But over time, it was clear something was missing. I had spent nearly half my life as a photographer, I missed the people and the many relationships that had developed during all those years. But most of all I missed creating.
In 2025, I opened the virtual doors back open to my business, but this time with a clearer vision of what I wanted to dedicate my work to. Authentic connections documented for people who embrace the perfectly imperfect, who love to romanticize each stage of life, and aren’t afraid to let a part of their story unfold in front of the camera.
Although my work will continue to focus on families and children, Moms, it’s you I’m after. As Mothers, we selflessly put the needs of our children above ours all of the time, We make sure to get the school photos every year and occasionally remember to schedule those family photos every so often, But what about you? Who’s making sure you’re IN there with them? 3o years from now, those are the photos your kids will be looking for, and I want to help make that happen for them…and you.

Next we’ll pick a date, time and talk about what location feels right for your session. Once that’s all set, we’ll dive in a little deeper. I’ll send you an email with a few simple questions, asking you to share a little about your family’s unique dynamic, a special detail about each person, or a little bit about yourself.

Our time together will feel unhurried and relaxed and last approx. 1 hour. I’ll gently guide you when needed, but mostly, I become an observer - watching for the quiet gestures that come naturally, and the moments that unfold when you forget the camera is there. And if things don’t go as planned, we’ll pivot and embrace the moment through laughter and perhaps even a few tears. Kids will be kids, and honestly those moments end up being my favorite.

Within 2 weeks, you’ll receive your downloadable online gallery with hand selected images from our time together. Images full or heart and movement, a true reflection of this very moment in your life. Feel free to share your gallery with your family and friends.

The final step (and IMO, the most important), get those images off of your device and into your home!! Your gallery will allow you to order prints directly online. and if you’re not sure where to begin, I’m just a phone call away.
FAQ
How do we book a session with you?
Complete the online form located HERE. A 50% deposit is required to book your date. The remaining balance is due the day of your session.
When will we receive our photos?
You will receive your online gallery within two weeks, (sometimes less depending on the season). All images can be download and shared right from your gallery. You will also have the opportunity to order prints online or with me.
How many images do you include?
For Full Sessions you will receive anywhere from 50-75 (perhaps more) fully edited, hi res, .JPG images. For Mini Sessions anywhere from 25 to 40.
How many will be black & white vs. color?
This is typically determined by how each image makes me feel from an artistic perspective. But should you have a strong opinion and this subject, please let me know during our deep dive.
Will you Photoshop us?
I DO NOT heavily Photoshop my images. As a seasoned professional, I know what settings to use in every situation and always follow the lighting that flatters the most. Minor touch-ups will be made, but overall I prefer natural, authentic images. Please consider this when deciding if we are a match.
What if we need to reschedule?
I totally understand things come up, weather, illness, work related conflicts for both you and me. If you need to reschedule, please let me know as soon as possible via email or text. If I need to reschedule due to illness or weather, I will text you ASAP. I will make every effort to reschedule our session as quickly as possible, usually within a week.
